Buffalo Bookmark
From Lazart
This bookmark is an excellent way to keep your place in any book, and features a few facts about bison on the reverse of the packaging:
"For thousands of years the buffalo was a major source of food, clothing and shelter for Early Americans. Revered by them, the buffalo was their primary source of survival and touched their lives from birth until death. Infants were swaddled in soft skins of young buffalo, and in death, a hide became a shroud. Buffalo meat was the center of their diet. Hides gave them teepee covers, curtains, drums, rattles, shield, gloves, moccasins, and robes. Bones and horns became tools, spoons, knives, drinking vessels, scrapers, and sleds. The ever-present influence of the buffalo is depicted in many petroglyphs."
This great made in the USA bookmark features a unique coating, sure to make your bookmark unique among all others. Approximately 4½" tall and 2" wide, you should use this bookmark in our "Yellowstone Memories" book.
