Where does GiftCorral.com ship?
If you're ordering an item from GiftCorral.com, we'll ship it to you almost anywhere in the world. However, there are many restrictions on what we can ship outside of the continental United States. Due to these restrictions and the associated increases in shipping cost, we ask that you contact us using our toll-free telephone number +1(800)242-5055 or via email at info@giftcorral.com. We will need the following information to determine the shipping cost for these orders:

- Your full address.
- A telephone number or email address that we can direct questions to.
- Your time offset (for example, we are at GMT -7).
- The SKU numbers of the items you would like to purchase.

How long does an order with GiftCorral.com take to ship?
It usually takes GiftCorral.com 24 hours to process and ship orders. An exception to this is if orders are placed over a weekend, in which case they will be processed and shipped the next business day. If you are concerned that your order may not ship quickly enough, you may contact us at (800)242-5055, or email us at info@giftcorral.com to inform us of your situation.

How long do GiftCorral.com orders take to arrive?
Once GiftCorral.com ships a package, you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number for your order. If your chosen shipping method is UPS Ground, UPS does not guarantee a time in transit. For all other shipping methods, the transit time is in business days once UPS receives the package.

How much does GiftCorral.com charge for shipping?
Our shipping costs depend on the cost of the order and the shipping method chosen, as well as the state. Please choose your state from the following list:



Who does GiftCorral.com use to ship?
Within the continental United States, we ship via UPS or the United States Postal Service. If UPS does not service an address, we tend to use the United States Postal Service.

What if my product arrives broken?
If your package arrives broken, we will refund or replace the item at your discretion. Please set it aside and contact us immediately via our toll-free line, at (800)242-5055, or via email at info@giftcorral.com.

Why does my package appear to be in a reused box?
Because it is! GiftCorral.com reuses boxes for shipping. Why do we do this? There are two reasons. The first is that it is a more environmentally friendly way to get you your products. We simply reuse the boxes that your items (and others) come to us in. The second is that it costs us significantly less money to do so, meaning that we can pass those savings along to you.

GiftCorral.com packages your items as recommended by UPS.

How do I know my credit card is secure?
Every credit card transaction you make at GiftCorral.com is conducted over a secure connection. You can shop online with confidence, knowing that the financial and personal information you submit is safe.

What is GiftCorral.com's Return Policy?
Montana Gift Corral's return policy is simple: if you don't like it, return it and we will refund you your cost for the item(s). End of story. As long as the item is in a resaleable condition, all you have to do is send your item back to us with a note referencing your order number, the reason for the return, and your name. We recommend that you use some type of trackable shipping, such as UPS, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit. Send your package back to:

I received the wrong product. What do I do to get this replaced?
If your item is the wrong size, style or in some other way not what you expected, we urge you to give us a call at (800)242-5055 to discuss the issue. We are also available by email at info@giftcorral.com. We will do whatever it takes to correct the situation to your satisfaction.

GiftCorral.com accepts all major credit cards, meaning Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our website prices do not reflect the cost of delivery — this is added upon checkout. GiftCorral.com does not charge a sales tax.

Pricing & Promotions


What if I see a GiftCorral.com product elsewhere for less?
If you find a lower price at another on-line store at the time of your purchase or within 7 days, GiftCorral.com will gladly match the lower price by crediting your account for the difference.

To Qualify, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The items must be identical to be price matched.
- The competitor must stock the items (no drop shippers).
- GiftCorral.com must be able to verify the competitor's price, including shipping and handling fees.
- The competitor must be a reputable US company.

Price match guarantee exclusions and limitations:
- GiftCorral.com will not match Internet auctions or manufacturer / wholesale prices.
- GiftCorral.com will not match clearance, close-out, or overstock prices.
- Discounts and promotions from GiftCorral.com cannot be used with the price match guarantee.
- The price match guarantee cannot be applied to previous orders, only to new or open orders.

How do I claim my price match guarantee?
Simple. You email the competitor's website address, along with your name, telephone number, your GiftCorral.com order number, and any pertinent details about the price difference to us at pricematch@giftcorral.com, and after confirming the details of the price match, GiftCorral.com will refund your account for the amount of the difference.
