Vicki Sawyer's art studies in college, background in graphics, doll making and mural painting have come together to form her passion for painting in acrylics and oils. As a child, her fondness of nature and drive for visual awareness was instilled through several individuals. Her grandfather's stories of plants and their properties, her mother's enthusiasm for small things, and her father's love of birds shaped her current admiration of nature.
