We love candles as much as the next person, but it's time to step up your candle game with a Spiral Light Candle by Afton Candle Company. The story of these unique spiral-burning candles is all home-grown ingenuity. In 2011, husband and wife duo Aaron and Sara began making these candles in their garage. The spiral wick is cotton, so as it burns it melts the wax which naturally falls into the hollow top of the candle. Once the spiral wick is done, a wood wick is uncovered and you can continue to burn the candle and enjoy the scent! Today, the spiral candles are owned by Afton Candle Company and made in Minnesota. The scents are listed below:
Blue Sage: one of the most layered scents, this candle has a moss, tonka bean, and patchouli base that blooms into bergamot, orange zest, sage, white violet, and thyme.
Cashmere Dream: a warm and musky scent that is slightly sweet.
Cinnamon Bark & Clove: a spicy mix of cinnamon with just a hint of clove.
Lavender & Chamomile: a deodorizing candle relying on fragrant lavender and calming chamomile to freshen any room.
Moringa Leaves & Cypress: a mix of green cypress, fir needles, and patchouli
Pink Jasmine & Moss: the fresh scent of pink jasmine combined with moss and a touch of musk.
Rainforest: sweet and deep, this scent is a mix of green cypress, fir needles, patchouli, and sweet citrus, mimicking a woody rainforest after a fresh rain.
Sea Glass: a blend of white sands, sea spray, coastal grasses, citron, and hints of geranium, rose, jasmine, and mint.
Smokey Tonka Bean: sweet tonka bean, which smells a bit like vanilla, tobacco, and gingerbread, smoked wood, and just a touch of spice.
