How much does shipping cost?

For most items, we charge $15 for ground shipping within the continental U.S. That means no matter how many items you order, the price never increases.

However, there are several brands with larger items that require more packaging and are therefore more expensive. Those include:

Single Panel Metal and Wood Signs by Meissenburg Designs: $25

Large Santas, Bears, and Footrests by Ditz Designs: $30

3- and 4-Panel Signs by Meissenburg Designs: $50

Wood and Metal Signs by Iron Bark Designs: $25

We understand that these charges can seem high to some of our beloved customers. Unfortunately, we aren't a big company like Amazon, so we don't have the luxury of being able to negotiate lower shipping rates like the big guys do. We are actually charged on average $17/package we ship, but we didn't want to pass all of that onto our customers. We do want to make sure our shipping team is paid though. We're sorry if you think the price is unfair, but we thank you for wanting to support a local Montana company and their families!

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

It usually takes 24-48 hours to process and ship orders. If orders are placed over a weekend, they will be added to the shipping queue the following business day. If you are concerned that your order may not ship quickly enough, please contact us at406-898-2034, or email us at shipping@giftcorral.com to chat with someone about expedited shipping.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number for your order. The average transit time is in business days once UPS receives the package and ranges roughly 7-10 days for the East and West Coasts, and 5-7 days for the Midwest.

Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

Of course! If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, we'd love to ship Montana gifts to you! However, there are many restrictions on what we can ship outside of the continental United States. Due to these restrictions and the associated increases in shipping cost, we ask that you contact us at 406-898-2034 or via email at shipping@giftcorral.com.

Please include the following information to determine international shipping costs:

  • Your full address
  • Your telephone number or email address
  • The SKU numbers of the items you'd like to purchase

Once shipping is calculated, someone from our shipping and receiving team will contact you with a total. If you agree to the amount, we'll set up a custom shipping option for you, so that you may finish your purchase online at your convenience.

Please note our figured cost will not include any duties and taxes which may be assessed upon the package's arrival. You will be required to pay those with your local customs agencies.

What if my items arrive broken?

If your item(s) arrives broken, we will refund or replace the item at your discretion. Please set it aside with all packaging materials and contact us immediately via phone at406-898-2034, or via email at shipping@giftcorral.com.

We must be notified of any damage within 7 days of the order arriving at its destination in order to comply with the above policy.

Why does my package appear to be in a reused box?

We do reuse boxes for shipping. Why do we do this? Two reasons: first, it’s a more environmentally friendly way to get you your products. We simply reuse the boxes that your items (and others) come to us in. Second, it costs us significantly less money to reuse materials, so we can pass those savings along to you.

Returns + Replacements FAQ

What is your return policy?

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, return it and we will refund you your cost for the item(s).

As long as the item is in a resalable condition, all you have to do is send your item back to us with a note referencing your order number, the reason for the return, and your name. If you shopped in one of our stores, please include your receipt if you still have it.

We recommend that you use some type of trackable shipping, such as UPS, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit. Send your package back to:

I received the wrong item. What do I do to get it replaced?

If your item is the wrong size or style, we urge you to give us a call at406-898-2034 or email us at shipping@giftcorral.com to discuss the issue. We will do whatever it takes to correct the situation to your satisfaction.

What is your exchange policy?

If you receive an item and decide you'd like to exchange it, we'd be happy to help! Just know that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and to re-ship your desired item. You can email us at shipping@giftcorral.com or call us at 406-898-2034 to discuss your desired item.

To get your original item back to us, we recommend including a self-addressed envelop or a UPS return label in your package when you send it back to us.
