Joseph Raymond Haffey was born in Regensburg Germany in 1947. He was the eldest of five children born to a U.S. Air Force officer. When Joseph was five years old his parents moved to Anaconda, Mt. Joseph would spend his school years there and would eventually find his way back to teach at the new Class AA Anaconda High School. He taught U.S. History/ Government and tried to help students identify their passion and figure out how to pursue it.
