Old World Christmas has been making gorgeous glass ornaments like this one since 1974! Being true masters in their craft, they take glass tubes and use high-heat torches to shape each ornament into its desired design. Then, the glass is filled with a liquid silver solution that gives them a shiny, mirrored effect. From there, the glass is gradually cooled so as to deter the glass from being too fragile. The final step of the process is meticulous hand-painting and glittering!
